Charlotte Maxwell-Jones is a US citizen and founder of Kabul Small Animal Rescue in Afghanistan. Her 130 dogs included military dogs and companion dogs, left at her rescue by fleeing US citizens. KSAR raised enough money to evacuated their rescue animals with a charter plane, but the DoD ordered all the dogs and puppies to be released at the airport. Charlotte refused to abandon one of her charges, a paralyzed pup and she remained in Afghanistan. Please sign to urge President Biden and the DoD to help a US citizen and her rescued animals to return home
