Please politely let Judge McShane know what you think about this ruling and urge him to sentence Heidi Lueders’ to prison time for the property crime she was found guilty on. Her sentencing is set for April 6th.
Earlier today Judge Peter McShane found Heidi Lueders’ NOT GUILTY OF 5 FELONY ANIMAL CRUELTY CHARGES yet GUILTY OF PROPERTY DAMAGE. A harsh reminder that our “justice” system is a joke. That the animals always lose, and that the human race continues to disappoint. Judge McShane ruled that there was reasonable doubt established and the state didn’t prove she “intentionally and maliciously” killed the dogs. I believe, as many others do, there isn’t a doubt.
Heidi, I hope you live long, suffer immensely, and karma is waiting for you everywhere you go. I hope all your dreams turn to nightmares, and any pleasure you ever feel to pain. I hope you can never silence the sounds of your victims barking in your head, no matter how hard you try.
