Victory! Appeals court affirmed a ruling by a lower court striking down Kansas’s Ag-Gag law for violating the First Amendment.
For 30 years, Kansas lawmakers have suppressed whistleblowers from investigating cruel conditions on factory farms with this unconstitutional law. This decision is a victory for animal protection, food and worker safety, & the First Amendment.
