In my opinion (being mother of doberpups myself), this boy is maybe 10 months old? No way he is 1 and 1/2 years old. Hes small and slender too - maybe 60 lbs at most? He has little scabs on his poor snoot that are healing. Bug bites maybe?
This boy has a gorgeous pale blue eye.😍You heard me - his right eye is ice blue with a hint of brown. He wants to be friendly and will walk up to you and stand there, but as soon as you reach out, he gets scared and goes to the back. But when you get up to walk away he comes back and looks up at you. 🥺🥺
He is timid, but not one single ounce of aggression. He never barked at me, but only in response to the other dogs (poor things were all freaking out; the high wind was creating lots of noise and the shelter is right next to an active train track - it is LOUD!)
**This dobermom was in the area (on another dog-related recon mission) so stopped by to see this boy for myself.
Seriously. SO MANY SWEET AND BEAUTIFUL DOGS AT THIS SHELTER. (I literally got so many kisses today from Devore pups! 😊🐾) Check out facesofdevoreandbigbear for more adoptable dogs at this shelter!
