I want to help this dog If anyone can help me to find the poor thing. I have no other animals at all.
I thought this dog belonged to someone's neighbor and they were posting on fb for help. I remember it saying that the dog was left outside all of the time rain or shine etc. She had the post up then suddenly took it down. Her name was Carmer Wilmoth.
